REFUND & CANCELLATION Policy

At ADTEJARI CREATIVES, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality website design services. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity:

Service Guarantee

We strive to meet your expectations by delivering the agreed-upon website design services as outlined in the project scope. Any issues with the final product must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Web Design Services

Payments for custom web design projects are made in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all payments made are retained by ADTEJARI CREATIVES.  If applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what has been paid for shall be invoiced to the client.

Web Development Services

Payments for custom web development projects follow the same incremental payment structure. Once paid, amounts are non-refundable. For cancellations or postponements, all payments made are retained by Adtejari Corporation Sdn. Bhd. , with potential additional fees for work completed but not yet paid for.

SEO & Marketing Services

Payments for SEO, Internet marketing, and social media optimization services are non-refundable, with no pro-rata refunds for pre-paid fees. Setup fees are also non-refundable. For cancellations or postponements, all payments made are retained, and any applicable fees for completed work will be invoiced.

Hosting Services

Payments for past months of hosting services are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up upon order and payment for the service is due whether or not the account is utilized. If hosting is prepaid and canceled before expiration, a partial refund for unused months may be considered. Free products or services included in the hosting package will have their value deducted from any refund.

Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

Digital Products 

By purchasing our digital products (including but not limited to eBooks), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds
   All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, once the product has been purchased and access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Instant Access
   Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your digital product. As the product is delivered instantly, cancellation is not possible once the transaction is completed.

3. Non-Transferable
   The purchase is strictly for your personal use only. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of the product in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Technical Issues
   If you encounter any technical difficulties accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact our support team listed on the email you received. We will ensure that you receive the product you have purchased.

5. Agreement
   By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.

Chargebacks

In the case of a chargeback or payment dispute, services will be immediately suspended without notice. A chargeback fee of RM500 will be applied, plus any outstanding balances from the chargeback. All fees must be cleared before service is restored or files delivered. Chargebacks for valid charges are considered fraud and should be avoided. Please contact us directly for any billing concerns.

Policy Violations

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this Refund and Cancellation Policy. ADTEJARI CREATIVES reserves the right to disable or terminate any user account found to be in violation of our policies. Accounts terminated for such violations will not be refunded.
